  • Helping students or adults looking to obtain their GED
  • Being an advocate for students requiring Services for Exceptional Children
  • Assisting students as they begin their search for the college of their choice
  • Providing guidance on how to obtain funding for post-secondary education
  • Working as a Liaison between the Court System and County School Systems
  • Representing the interest of the student and/or parents during a mediation hearing
  • Assisting families and/or students facing barriers to education due to homelessness
  • Work with a Court Appointed Guardian-ad-Litem to assure that the student's educational interest are taken into consideration
  • Provide assistance to private schools and Youth Detention Centers with roll-out of Georgia Performance Standards for Education

Educational Advocacy Associates, LLC is now serving the greater metro Atlanta area.  We believe that all students are to be given the opportunity to receive an education, for some that may be a GED or high school diploma; while for others, that may be a degree from a technical  or traditional college.  We believe in advocating for the best education for all students.  If we can assist you in any of the above mentioned areas or if you have any quesitons, please contact us immediately to serve your legal educational needs.
